I'm an instructional and learning experience designer. I bring together learning strategy, strengths-informed coaching, and facilitation to design learning experiences that are thoughtful, practical, and built for real change.

Four threads, one direction.

These are not separate careers. They are four connected threads that shape how I think about learning, growth, and change. Instructional and learning experience design is the core; the other three threads deepen how I approach people, systems, and real learning moments.

How I got here

I began in education with a simple question: what helps learning actually change people's thinking or practice? That question led me toward coaching and human development, and eventually into instructional design. I found in learning design a space where structure, human insight, and practical change could come together. That is still the thread running through my work today.
